7. Shipping

​

Olesome offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $65. Orders under $65 have a flat rate of $7.95, and a $19.95 flat rate for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. International shipping to Canada and Mexico is available for an additional fee.

8. Returns

​

Olesome only accepts returns for products damaged during shipping. Customers must contact them at support@olesome.com within 48 hours of delivery with their order number and photos of the damage. A prepaid return label will be provided. A replacement product will be shipped once the damaged item is received. They do not accept returns for opened or used products.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date of posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
